By creating a UniBae account you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a genuine, verified university student.
• One account per person. No shared or fake accounts.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone.
• Post hate speech or sexually explicit content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Run scams, spam or solicit money.
• Share non-consensual sexual content, or any content involving minors.
• Use the service for any illegal activity.

3. User-generated content

You are responsible for the photos, bios and messages you create. You grant UniBae a licence to display your profile content to other verified students for the purpose of the service. You must not upload content that infringes others' rights or breaks these terms.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report any profile, photo or message, and block any user. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

5. Moderation

We may suspend or ban accounts, remove content, and close matches where these terms or our Community Guidelines are breached. Moderation decisions may be manual or automated, but no account is banned from a single report alone.

6. Messaging

Messaging is only available between mutual matches. Blocked users cannot message each other.

7. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for serious or repeated breaches. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Privacy and safety

Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Safety expectations are in our Child Safety Standards.

9. Disclaimer

Compatibility Scores are guidance only and not a guarantee. UniBae is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for interactions between users.
